Social Media Executive / Manager who has experience managing multiple social media accounts, creating engaging posts and video content, responding and growing followers and identifying potential ‘Brand Ambassadors’ for the different companies within the Group.


SALARY: £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

LOCATION: Brentford, West London (100% Office Based role)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday



We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a creative and talented Social Media Executive / Manager to oversee and administer multiple social media platforms for the different companies and brands within the group.

Working as the talented Social Media Executive / Manager you will create original copy, images and video content, overseeing posts, and engaging with followers. Additionally, you'll be tasked with nurturing relationships with fellow companies and users, maintaining the company's image and messaging cohesively to drive growth and website traffic in alignment with the company’s marketing objectives.

As the Social Media Executive / Manager you'll also spearhead outreach efforts to identify potential brand ambassadors for the various companies and brands, fostering mutually beneficial online connections.

As a Social Media Executive / Manager staying abreast of the latest digital technologies and social media trends is crucial. Strong communication skills are a must, along with the ability to creatively and professionally articulate the company's perspectives, brand, products and services.

Ultimately, your responsibility will be to manage the company’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram, ensuring an increase in web traffic and customer engagement across multiple pages and websites.

You'll also be in charge of boosting posts, executing social media ad campaigns, and providing regular reports to the Marketing Manager, all while adhering to the allocated budget.

You'll report directly to the Marketing Manager and Senior Web Developer.

  • Manage Social Media Marketing Campaigns (Ads, boosts, audience expansion)
  • Cultivate Brand and Company Awareness
  • Increase Page Followers, Likes, and Audience Engagement
  • Conduct Research on Current Trends and Audience Preferences
  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy Aligned with Business Objectives
  • Establish Clear Objectives and Provide ROI Reporting
  • Create, Customise, and Share Compelling Content Daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, news)
  • Nurture Brand Ambassadors and Forge Meaningful Relationships
  • Monitor SEO Performance and Web Traffic Metrics (Google Analytics)
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service) to Ensure Brand Cohesion
  • Expand Follower Base, Promptly Address Inquiries, and Monitor Customer Feedback
  • Supervise Social Media Account Design (e.g., Facebook cover photo, profile pictures, blog layout)
  • Propose and Implement New Features and Platforms to Enhance Brand Visibility, such as promotions, surveys, and contests
  • Stay Abreast of the Latest Technologies and Trends in Social Media, Design Tools, and Applications



  • Be able to effectively promote and grow our online presence
  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills
