The OPTION 3 (Branded) package is ideal for companies that want to reach as many candidates as possible with a client branded job advert, which will be posted across multiple leading job boards and job board aggregators.
The OPTION 3 (Branded) multi-job board advertising package includes the same features as the OPTION 1 (Multiple Online Advertising) package such as key word optimised adverts and jobs posted throughout multiple sites within the job board network to ensure maximum candidate exposure. The extra benefit with this package is that your company logo is used within the advert. Branded advertising has shown to increase applications and improve brand awareness.
Optional Extra | Enhanced CV Database Search and Selection
If needed and for an additional cost, you can bolt on the enhanced CV Database Search and Selection Optional Extra (please contact us for pricing). When added to the OPTION 3 (Branded) advertising package, our experienced team will search through multiple CV databases, filtering and shortlisting the best matched candidates for you, saving valuable time and money.
On top of this, when the CV Database Search and Selection optional extra is added, we will also identify, reach out and shortlist additional candidates found on LinkedIn, ensuring they match the requirements and have a real interest in the position.
Targeted email job alerts are also sent out to potential candidates, informing them about the job.
Receiving Candidate Applications / CVs
CVs can either be emailed over to your preferred email account or candidate applications can be directed to your own ATS / Applicant Tracking System or web site, where candidates can complete the job application process directly on your site.
If you prefer to receive the CVs by email, they are sent over unedited and unformatted and will contain the candidates contact details.
Once you receive the CV / Candidate Application, you would then take over the recruitment process, liaising directly with the candidates.
No Extra Costs
