Job Advertising Package Overview | OPTION 4 (Corporate)

The OPTION 4 (Corporate) package is ideal for companies, HR teams and internal recruiters that advertise over 100 jobs per year and want to reach as many suitable candidates as possible for the best possible price.

The OPTION 4 (Corporate) package includes the core features of the other three multi-job board advertising packages such as key word optimised adverts and jobs posted across multiple job boards to give your vacancies maximum candidate reach. The OPTION 4 (Corporate) multi-job board advertising package also includes a client branded company page, which our team will put together for you, and featured jobs listed on our site, AWD online, to give your vacancies even more exposure.


Part or Fully Client Branded Job Adverts

There are two options available with the OPTION 4 (Corporate) package. Part or Fully Client Branded Job Adverts.


Part Branded Job Adverts

The part branded option helps bring the cost per advert down and offers great value. Adverts will be fully branded and featured on our website, AWD online. You will also have your own company page on our site, AWD online, allowing candidates to quickly find out more information about your company, benefits and any other relevant information such as diversity statements, employee testimonials etc. We can also embed any recruitment videos you may have.

You also have 18 months to use the part branded job credits by from time of purchase.


Fully Branded Adverts

For an additional cost you can upgrade the standard part-branded OPTION 4 (Corporate) package and go fully branded, providing your company and your job ads with greater exposure online. Fully branded adverts can help increase the number of candidate applications received. The fully branded OPTION 4 (Corporate) package also includes a company page and featured jobs on our site, AWD online.

You also have 12 months to use the fully branded job credits by from time of purchase.


Basic CV Filtering and Enhanced CV Database Search and Selection

As standard our team will carry out a basic CV filtering service.

However, if needed and for an additional cost, you can bolt on the enhanced CV Database Search and Selection Optional Extra as and when you need it on a job-by-job basis (please contact us for pricing). When added to the OPTION 4 (Corporate) advertising package, our experienced team will search through multiple CV databases, filtering and shortlisting the best matched candidates for you, saving valuable time and money.

On top of this, when the CV Database Search and Selection optional extra is added, we will also identify, reach out and shortlist additional candidates found on LinkedIn, ensuring they match the requirements and have a real interest in the position.

Targeted email job alerts are also sent out to potential candidates, informing them about the job.


Receiving Candidate Applications / CVs

CVs can either be emailed over to your preferred email account or candidate applications can be directed to your own ATS / Applicant Tracking System or web site, where candidates can complete the application process directly on your site.

If you prefer to receive the CVs by email, they are sent over unedited and unformatted and will contain the candidate’s contact details.

Once you receive the CV / Candidate Application, you would then take over the recruitment process, liaising directly with the candidates.


No Extra Costs

Just like advertising a vacancy directly with a job board, you can hire as many candidates as you like from the advertising campaign at NO EXTRA COST.
