Account Executive / Sales Executive who has experience as an Account Executive or similar role with a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and the digital transformation landscape, as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills is required to join our team at Changing Social, a dynamic and innovative M365 Adoption and Change Management Consultancy that specialises in the implementation of Microsoft technologies whilst driving digital transformation.

 

SALARY: Basic Salary: £60,000 per annum with an uplift of £70,000 basic for the first three months whilst you establish you client base / £120,000 OTE (uncapped)

LOCATION: Hybrid / Bristol (You must live within a commutable distance to Bristol)

DUTIES

Your duties as Account Executive / Sales Executive will include:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK market, focusing on large enterprise organisations across diverse sectors
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer needs and proposing solutions that meet these needs
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into successful sales outcomes
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and other partners to leverage opportunities for co-sell and joint marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to the strategic sales focus by driving revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross selling opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular updates to the leadership team on pipeline and forecast

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive / Sales Executive or similar role, preferably within the technology or consultancy sectors
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and the digital transformation landscape
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across various levels within an organisation
  • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Adaptability and resilience, with a passion for innovation and driving change

BENEFITS

  • Annual leave - Employees are entitled to a base of 23 days of annual leave per calendar leave, which includes Bank Holidays. Changing Social will also add an additional day for each year of employment up to a maximum of 5 days. 
  • Festive period - The business will be closed for a week during the festive period in December, with the dates of closure to be confirmed by Operations and shared ahead of time. Therefore, no annual leave days will need to be used for time-off over this period. In the event of any urgent business matters, employees are kindly requested to return to work and address them as needed.
  • Bank holidays - Employees are granted to work over bank / public holidays if desired or required. This time can then be taken back on a subsequent day, exact dates are subject to approval
  • Pension Scheme - 3% employer contribution to a 5% employee contribution
