Job Board Advertising Package Overview | OPTION 2 (Search & Selection)
OPTION 2 (Search & Selection) is an ideal package for HR Teams and Hiring Managers that haven’t got the time to go through hundreds of CVs from candidates that have applied to their job ads, and have no access or the time to search for candidates using CV databases and LinkedIn.
The OPTION 2 (Search & Selection) multi-job board advertising package has the same benefits as the OPTION 1 (Multiple Online Advertising) package such as key word optimised, non-branded adverts posted across multiple job boards. The extra features with this package include candidate shortlisting / CV filtering and CV database and LinkedIn candidate search.
Extra Features | Multiple CV Database and LinkedIn Candidate Search
This package includes our specialist team carrying out an enhanced CV database search covering multiple CV databases. In addition to the CV database searches we also search, identify and reach out to potential candidates found on LinkedIn. CVs are then reviewed and shortlisted based on the job’s requirements.
Prior to the campaign commencing we’ll discuss the vacancy in greater detail with you so we can fine tune our CV database and LinkedIn candidate search. This will also help us to filter out all unsuitable applicants, so you don’t have to.
On top of this we also send targeted email job alerts to candidates.
Receiving Candidate Applications / CVs
CVs can either be emailed over to your preferred email account or candidate applications can be directed to your own ATS / Applicant Tracking System or web site, where candidates can complete the job application process directly on your site.
If you prefer to receive the CVs by email, they are sent over unedited and unformatted and will contain the candidate’s contact details.
Once you receive the CV / candidate application, you would then take over the recruitment process, liaising directly with the candidates.
