The OPTION 1 (Multiple Online Advertising) multi-job board advertising package is ideal for companies that hire direct and want their adverts to have maximum exposure online and be seen by as many relevant candidates as possible.
Key Word Optimised Adverts
Before a job gets posted across our job board advertising network, our experienced Multi-Job Board Recruitment Advertising Team will make recommendations to the advert’s content to ensure your vacancy receives maximum exposure and ranks high in the job board search rankings. You will also get to approve the advert before it goes live online.
Multi-Job Board Recruitment Advertising Network
Once the job advert has been approved, we will post a non-branded advert throughout our job board network, which includes the UK’s leading job boards, ensuring the format remains intact and all the key hidden fields behind the scenes of the job boards have been selected for maximum exposure.
The jobs will be advertised between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the job board.
Basic CV Filtering
Our team will also carry out a basic CV filtering service, which includes removing all duplicate applications.
However, if you would rather let us filter out all the unsuitable applicants and shortlist only the best matched candidates for you, then our OPTION 2 (Search & Selection) package will be more suitable.
Receiving Candidate Applications / CVs
CVs can either be emailed over to your preferred email account or candidate applications can be directed to your own ATS / Applicant Tracking System or web site, where candidates can complete the job application process directly on your site.
If you prefer to receive the CVs by email, they are sent over unedited and unformatted and will contain the candidate’s contact details.
Once you receive the CV / Candidate Application, you would then take over the recruitment process, liaising directly with the candidates.
