SALARY: £12.50 - £14.00 per Hour (depending on experience) + Benefits

Working as the Workshop Operative / Yard Assistant you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the workshop and yard, supporting the fabrication team, store person, and management.
As the Workshop Operative / Yard Assistant you will be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You should be physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks and possess a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy when dealing with stock and materials. DUTIES
Your duties as a Workshop Operative / Yard Assistant include:
- Managing waste and recycling, including loading materials
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Handling goods inwards and outwards processes
- Packing project materials, fittings, fixtures, and equipment ready for the site teams
- Assisting with stock control
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have previous experience working within a warehouse / workshop environment
- Must be reliable with good time keeping skills
- Have a strong attention to detail with the ability to use your own initiative
- Will need a Forklift truck licence
