Coffee Shop Store Manager who either has management and team leadership skills leading teams within a Retail, Hospitality or Coffee Shop / Café environment is required for a well-established and growing brand based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

If you’ve trained as a Barista and have management and team leadership skills, then great. If not, the company will also consider candidates who have retail or hospitality management experience as well.

This is a front line role where you will manage the daily operations of the business whilst interacting with customers and your team


SALARY: £30,000 OTE + Benefits (see below)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Coffee Shop Store Manager who either has management and team leadership skills leading teams within a Retail, Hospitality or Coffee Shop / Café environment.

Working as the Coffee Shop Store Manager you will run the store as if it belongs to you. From managing daily operations to taking responsibility for financial results. This is not a back-room management position but focusses on the front line connecting with customers and your team.

As the Coffee Shop Store Manager you will be joining a family-owned business, established in the UK that has over 400 restaurants in their portfolio, including an established chain of restaurants in Canada.

Your duties as the Coffee Shop Store Manager include:

  • Oversee all store operations delegating to your team when necessary
  • Analyse data and use in-store observations to make informed decisions that enhance customer experience and overall store performance
  • Collaborate with store leaders to forecast and use scheduling tools to manage labour / staffing within budget, and recruit exceptional and diverse talent to meet store needs
  • Implement new initiatives to achieve operational excellence and drive business results
  • Support the growth of your team through performance and development, coaching and developing team members, and building positive relationships to understand their challenges, needs, and aspirations
  • Set challenging yet realistic goals to boost engagement and improve team performance



  • Experience of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience managing a coffee shop / café highly desirable, although not essential. Previous retail or hospitality management experience will also be considered
  • Drive, passion, and a natural energy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, leading from the front
