Working as an Internal Recruiter / Inhouse Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist you will join a team of 4 to manage the recruitment of the company’s internal hires.
As the Internal Recruiter / Inhouse Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist you must have excellent candidate sourcing and networking skills with the ability to build an extensive candidate pool.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Internal Recruiter / Inhouse Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist include:
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and provide expert recruitment advice
- Offer Management: Extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, coordinating with HR and other departments
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in recruitment
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Experience sourcing candidates from CV Databases and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
