SALARY: £41,600 - £45,760 per annum plus Overtime

Working as a Panel Beater / Bodyshop Technican you will join a team of over 60 people and a company that pride themselves on having excellent staff attraction and retention.
As the Panel Beater / Bodyshop Technican you will be a dedicated professional with expertise in vehicle body repair and restoration, including proficiency in MIG Welding, Spot Welding, and Brazing.

DUTIES
Your duties as a Panel Beater / Bodyshop Technican include:
- Work with the senior VDA and Workshop Controller to produce top quality repairs across a broad variety of vehicles
- Perform precise and efficient panel beating and body repairs on a range of vehicles
- Use MIG and Spot Welding techniques to achieve top-quality repairs
- Apply Brazing skills to ensure durability and longevity of repairs
- Conduct bracket jig repairs and chassis alignment, restoring vehicles to their original specifications
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Accurately document repair processes and outcomes for record-keeping and client updates
- Maintain the high standards expected in a quality assured working environment
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a quality working environment
- Fully experienced in MIG, Spot Welding and Brazing
- Experience of Bracket Jig Repairs and Chassis Alignment work
- Experience of LCV and Luton size Vehicles
- Communicative and Friendly
- Be comfortable with Large “Repair over Replace” operations
