JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Operations Manager / Director who has exceptional operational management skills with excellent business acumen is required to oversee the daily operations of the organisation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Working as the Operations Manager / Director you will be involved in:

  • Strategic Planning: You will play a key role in developing and implementing the organisation's strategic plans and goals, working closely with other executives to ensure alignment with overall objectives
  • Resource Management: You will manage resources such as personnel and finances to optimise productivity. You will also responsible for budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement
  • Process Improvement: As the Operations Manager / Director you will be tasked with identifying inefficiencies in processes and implement improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency
  • Quality Control: You will ensure that products or services meet the organisation's quality standards by implementing quality control measures and monitor performance
  • Communication and Coordination: You will serve as a liaison between different departments within the organisation, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure that everyone is working together effectively towards shared objectives

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Operations Manager / Director you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Previous experience within a similar senior operations management role. All industry sectors considered.
  • Excellent organisational and management / leadership skills
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and KPIs
