JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Installation Engineer to install and commission a variety of commercial security systems. As an Installation Engineer you will work on-site with clients across the North West, delivering high-quality and compliant installations with minimal disruption.
The Installation Engineer will liaise closely with project managers and clients, ensuring all work meets current industry standards and company expectations. You’ll have the opportunity to use your technical expertise across systems such as IP CCTV, access control, intercoms, and intruder alarms while providing excellent customer service.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Installation Engineer include:
- Installing and Commissioning: A range of security systems including IP CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and intercoms
- Site Work: Delivering projects across various commercial sites throughout the North West
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring installations are completed to high standards, with a focus on safety and compliance
- Client Liaison: Communicating effectively with clients and project managers to deliver an excellent service
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving installation issues efficiently
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of work completed and system configurations
- Compliance: Ensuring all work aligns with industry regulations and company procedures
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven background in the security systems industry
- Experience with intruder alarms, IP CCTV, access control, and intercom systems
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Positive, team-focused approach with commitment to high standards
- Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
