JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Support / Customer Service Administrator with good administrative, communication, data entry and time-management skills.

Working as the Customer Support / Customer Service Administrator you will be required to deliver a highly professional Amenity Customer Support service with outstanding levels of customer service throughout sales administration, order processing and aftersales service support. 

As the Customer Support / Customer Service Administrator you will be office-based reporting directly to the Customer Support Manager. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential along with an efficient and professional approach to your work, operating to set standards and outlined performance expectations.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Customer Support / Customer Service Administrator will include:

  • Analyse orders for potential issues and ensure accurate and efficient order processing, to expected and required timescales
  • Input accurate customer data into the CRM system
  • Ensure ownership is taken on all customer enquiries from initial contact to resolution
  • Resolution of customer problems and issues and respond to queries efficiently and to set out expected timescales
  • Identify any areas to improve the customer experience
  • Take ownership of personal objectives and proactively work to achieve performance targets
  • Support Internal and External Sales Team
  • Communicate regularly with finance, depot and warehousing and purchasing team members
  • Maintain al data within GDPR regulations
