Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent who has a great telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers is required for an established call centre that has built its reputation by providing specialised, and compassionate engagement services to clients.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
If you have previous experience working in a call centre, then great. If not, the company will provide full training and support to ensure you start off on the right foot.
SALARY: £25,000 - £28,940 per annum + Bonus + Generous Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Salford Quays, Manchester (M5 3EF)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday – Thursday (alternating 8am-4pm and 12pm-8pm) Friday (alternating 8am-3.30pm and 10am-5.30pm) Saturday (9am-1pm – working one in four Saturdays)

Due to continued growth the company is looking to recruit 12 people and will consider candidates from all types of backgrounds, whether that’s working as a Retail Assistant, Administrator, Bus Driver, Office Assistant, Waiting Staff, Shop Assistant or Delivery Driver just to name a few. The most important factor is you have a friendly, professional approach to your work and willing to learn how to do the job.
The company find people learn best in person and from hearing and watching others, so as the Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent you will start at their office in Salford Quays, Manchester. Once you’re up to speed there will be opportunities for a hybrid working pattern, split between working from home and the office for part of the week, which allows you to have a great work life balance.
