Customer Service Administrator / Client Support Advisor who has excellent administrative, organisational and time-management skills with a professional, friendly and helpful telephone manner is required for a market leading company.

 

SALARY: £26,000 per annum depending on experience (incl. performance bonus)

LOCATION: Candidates can be based in the Kettering Office (with longer term opportunity to potentially be home based)

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator / Client Support Advisor who has excellent administrative, organisational and time-management skills with a professional, friendly and helpful telephone manner.

Working as the Customer Service Administrator / Client Support Advisor you will liaise with customers over the phone and via email where you will process incoming orders, equipment servicing requests, providing a first-class customer experience with all interactions.

As the Customer Service Administrator / Client Support Advisor you will also liaise closely with suppliers to ensure goods are dispatched on time and manage any queries that arise in relation to shipping delays or out of stock items.

Your duties will also include preparing and sending contracts and accurately recording and processing all new orders for your nominated accounts.

 

ABOUT THE COMPANY

The company is a leading provider of production line printing technologies. The company was recently subject to a Management Buy-out from its American parent company.

As a successful candidate you will support the Customer Service Team and Marketing Assistant, to spearhead the daily customer interaction of order processing printing inks and servicing contracts to an established customer base across the UK.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As a Customer Service Administrator / Client Support Advisor you will have the following skill and attributes:

  • It is desirable that candidates will-have an understanding of manufacturing environments along with purchasing processes, although this is not essential
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications and in particular, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have a confident and professional telephone manner with ideally experience gained within a technical type of environment, although this is not essential
  • Must have good organisational and time-management skills
  • A professional approach to working life and ability to work in a small internal and friendly team
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems will also be desirable, particularly, Xero and Zoho CRM
