“I was initially nervous about leaving the NHS, but I've found that within Five Rivers, you have much more scope to make meaningful changes than I had when I was in CAMHS. Now, I feel well-resourced, empowered to work autonomously, and able to be creative when implementing interventions at an individual and service level. It's been a really refreshing change.” Dr Hannah Wilcox, Clinical Psychologist.
