JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Assistant Business Centre Manager / Building Manager who has excellent customer service, stakeholder management, facilities management, administrative, organisational and team leadership skills.

Working as the Assistant Business Centre Manager / Building Manager you will support customers / clients using the centre’s facilities, ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained. You will manage a small team consisting of Reception, Maintenance, Cleaning and Customer Service staff.

As the Assistant Business Centre Manager / Building Manager you will also support the Business Centre Manager, managing a range of back office administrative tasks, marketing initiatives and developing networks in the local community. You will also take full responsibility of the centre when the Business Centre Manager is off site.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working in a similar environment, ideally covering a range of facilities management tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good level of administrative experience, completing paperwork, reports and other documentation. Any experience using accounting systems like Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or similar to generate invoices would be highly desirable
  • Must have good English written and oral communication skills
  • Ideally you will have previous team leadership / management skills
  • Great organisational and time-management skills
