Administrator / Finance Administration Assistant who is numerical, has an eye for detail with accurate data entry and good administrative skills is required for a well-established Company based in London. (The offices are a few minutes’ walk from Holborn Station).

FINANCE / ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE (Xero) TRAINING PROVIDED

Previous experience using Xero Accounting Software would be great. But not essential as the company will provide training on how to use this accounts system. However, you will need good administrative, accurate data input and numerical skills.

 

SALARY: £22,000 – £24,000 per annum

LOCATION: London (Near Holborn Station) (This is an office based role)

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Finance Administration Assistant who is numerical, has an eye for detail with accurate data entry and good administrative skills.

Once trained Xero (accounts systems) you will support the Management Accountant, working as the Administrator / Finance Administration Assistant where you will create invoices, purchase orders, add new suppliers and clients, raise quotations and run reports.

As the Administrator / Finance Administration Assistant you will also support the business with day-to-day administrative tasks such as issuing, renewing and filing contracts, liaising with suppliers and customers, replying to emails and supporting the Managing Director and management team with a range of administrative tasks.

This is a great opportunity for an Admin professional to develop new skills and play a part in the company’s growth plans.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Administrator / Finance Administration Assistant you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working in office administration
  • Experience using Microsoft Office / 365 (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Must be numerical with accurate data entry / input skills
  • Any previous experience using accounting software such as Xero (ideally), Sage, QuickBooks, FreshBooks, ZohoBooks or similar accounting software would be desirable. Although not essential as system training will be provided
