Clinic Coordinator / Administrator / Customer Service Administrative Assistant who has sound customer care communication skills with empathetic and understanding approach and excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages, is required to join our Clinic at Dorset Orthopaedic in Egham, Surrey.

WORKING HOURS: 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday

 

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Clinic Coordinator / Administrator / Customer Service Administrative Assistant who has sound customer care communication skills with empathetic and understanding approach and excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages.

Working as the Clinic Coordinator / Administrator / Customer Service Administrative Assistant, customer service will always come first to you. You will need to take the time to talk to people, so it's essential that you have good communication skills, a friendly and professional telephone manner and a positive and relaxed nature.

As the Clinic Coordinator / Administrator / Customer Service Administrative Assistant your role will be to effectively co-ordinate and actively deliver all aspects of customer care. Actively means this is a hands-on role and the holder will be expected to be in regular contact with clients by phone, email and letter.

Through structured customer enquiry and care handling, as the Clinic Coordinator / Administrator / Customer Service Administrative Assistant you will be required to:

  • Ensure new enquiries lead to clinic work
  • Ensure existing clients are retained (through the co-ordination and delivery of excellent customer care)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidates should have:

  • Excellent knowledge and skills of all Microsoft packages
  • Sound customer facing communications with an empathetic and understanding approach
  • Ability to support and work as part of an administration team
  • Self-motivation and drive to complete tasks and the ability to interact and communicate confidently with patients and other team members of all levels
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
