We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant & Coordinator with excellent organisational, administrative, communication, time-management and Microsoft Office skills, as well as great attention to detail

Working as the Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant & Coordinator you be acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or via web chat to resolve online ordering queries.

As the Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant & Coordinator you will also be responsible for setting up new client and contact logins and liaise with the Installation Team to book appointments.

DUTIES

Your duties as an Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant & Coordinator will include:

  • Setting up new client and contact logins
  • Setting up new parts/kits and new brands for online ordering
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or via web chat to resolve online ordering queries
  • You will coordinate with the planning and installation team to book subsequent fitting of parts
  • Where relevant, you will provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Assisting the online ordering department lead with price reviews and regular cleansing of outdated visuals and data
  • Invoicing
  • You will take ownership of assigned tasks, manage customer expectations and ensure consistent and clear communication with both colleagues and customers
  • You will contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Together with the internal sales team, you will build, develop and promote collaborative relationships with clients, establishing their requirements and managing expectations
  • Where relevant, you will provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • You will coordinate and manage customer orders and projects which require central administration and control
  • IT & digital capability are necessary for the performance of your role

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have a good geographical knowledge of the UK
  • Strong Word and Excel skills
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Ability to respond to constantly changing environment
