SALARY: £29,777 to £31,364 pro rata
LOCATION: Oakham, Rutland, East Midlands (LE15) – with hybrid working options

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Administrator / Corporate and Executive Support Officer with experience of providing corporate support at a senior level or working in a similar role, who has excellent administrative, organisational, time management and interpersonal skills.
As the Administrator / Corporate and Executive Support Officer you will have a customer focused attitude to provide efficient, responsive and high-quality support, enabling the effective delivery of services in line with the organisations Corporate Strategy and customer service standard.
Working as the Administrator / Corporate and Executive Support Officer you will be responsible for planning and supporting meetings, briefings, visits, correspondence and to provide advice and guidance in relation to meeting operations.
DUTIES
Your duties as an Administrator / Corporate and Executive Support Officer will include:
- Plan and support meetings, briefings and visits including associated organisation, correspondence and to provide advice and guidance in relation to meeting operations
- Support the delivery of organisational initiatives, working alongside the Executive Officers to assist coordination and provide project support where required
- Support the Corporate & Executive Support team to achieve its service objectives, adopting a flexible and resourceful approach which reflects their corporate Values and Behaviours
- Support content administration of service pages for the Website and Intranet
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- A confident and creative individual with a solution focused attitude to work
- Educated to Level 4/A Level standard of education with GCSE Maths and English or equivalent on the job training
- Proven experience of providing corporate support at a senior level or working in a similar role, including project support, diary management, minute taking, writing reports and acting as a first point of contact
- Experience working as part of an effective team to improve the delivery of corporate based services, taking an active lead in shaping delivery
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level interpersonal skills to engage confidently with stakeholders
