Wheelchair Service Engineer / Medical & Healthcare Equipment, Repair and Maintenance Field Operative who has good practical skills, demonstrably safe driving and the ability to follow written and verbal instruction is required for a well-established, leading Company.

Candidates must have good practical skills with the ability to use tools so that all servicing, repairs and maintenance of customers wheelchairs can be carried out effectively.

 

SALARY: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum + Benefits (See Below)

LOCATION: The role will predominantly be working within the Aylesbury area

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 42.5 hours per week, 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Wheelchair Service Engineer / Medical & Healthcare Equipment, Repair and Maintenance Field Operative who has good practical skills, demonstrably safe driving and the ability to follow written and verbal instruction.

The organisation is the UK’s leading provider of Community Equipment Services.  They deliver complete end-to-end services through all stages of equipment provision and recycling, within the healthcare sector and as the Wheelchair Service Engineer / Medical & Healthcare Equipment, Repair and Maintenance Field Operative you will be helping to deliver this service.

Working as the Wheelchair Service Engineer / Medical & Healthcare Equipment, Repair and Maintenance Field Operative you will help the organisation to improve people’s quality of life and independence.  The service allows people to remain in their homes, helping to prevent extended hospital stays, allowing the NHS to deliver frontline care where it is needed most.  

The purpose of the Wheelchair Service Engineer / Medical & Healthcare Equipment, Repair and Maintenance Field Operative is to undertake service, repairs and maintenance to wheelchairs, working in service user’s private residents, care homes and on occasion hospital settings.
