JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Video Producer, Editor and Camera Operator / Videographer with experience producing and editing highly engaging videos and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Working as the Video Producer, Editor and Camera Operator / Videographer you will be one of the Charity’s in-house experts on video film production and editing.

As the Video Producer, Editor and Camera Operator / Videographer, you will provide support for video projects across the organisation, which will involve creating engaging, on-brand, audience specific videos to ensure maximum success.

Part of this role is to manage third party suppliers for production and post production activities, as well as undertaking camera operating and editing on appropriate projects.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Video Producer, Editor and Camera Operator / Videographer:

  • Plan, manage and create in-house video content in response to briefs, as well as identifying and creating new opportunities yourself
  • Be one of the Content Team’s key contacts and in-house ‘experts’ for video production and provide advice and support to video creating teams
  • Brief external production and media agencies in the production of video content - ensure quality work is delivered, within the defined schedule and at a competitive cost
  • Ensure that all video content is accessible, on brand and of the highest quality
  • Manage a roster of external videographers
  • Create and maintain videography guidelines and create and manage a footage repository (in conjunction with the other Video Producer)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Significant experience working with a broad range of stakeholders and managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to create highly engaging video that moves people to action
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven significant experience in the production and post production of video content of the highest quality – either, in-house or for an agency
  • Knowledge to perform video and image creation and editing to highest standard
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Comfortable with dogs in the workplace/ office
