White Goods Trainee Field Service Engineer who is mechanically / electrically minded, is confident using hand tools and is keen to learn new skills on how to repair and service a wide range of domestic appliances is required for the UK’s largest independent Domestic Appliance Repair Company.

No experience in White Goods repair is needed as full training will be given, however the company is looking for candidates with a background / interest in practical / hands on roles with skills that can be transferred into this role. Electrical and/or ACS gas qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.

 

SALARY: Competitive Salary with Wage Increases throughout your training period when passing relevant stages of your training + Bonus + Benefits (See Below)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As a White Goods Trainee Field Service Engineer you will be:

  • Mechanically / electrically minded
  • Confident in using hand tools
  • Have a keen interest in repairs and or workings of appliances / devices / machinery
  • Proficient in using technology – i.e., tablets/mobile phones/Microsoft packages

 

The role will involve working in customer homes where you will meet a variety of people from all walks of life so excellent interpersonal skills are a must. You will also need to be:

  • Flexible to working hours
  • Articulate and a good communicator
  • Good with English (verbally and written)
