B2B Telesales Executive who has previous experience selling to businesses over the telephone with excellent listening, negotiating and closing skills is required for a well-established company based in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
Although not essential, any industry experience or knowledge in Engineering, Electrical or Fire and Security products, systems and services would be highly desirable. Full Product Training will be provided.
SALARY: £21,000 – £23,000 per annum Basic Salary / £45,000 OTE + Benefits

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a B2B Telesales Executive who has previous experience selling to businesses over the telephone with excellent listening, negotiating and closing skills.
Working as the B2B Telesales Executive you will have a great opportunity to add a real difference to the organisation selling a wide range of products and services from Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Training, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Fire Extinguishers, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Door Access Systems and more recently electrical works.
As the B2B Telesales Executive you will be responsible for bringing new B2B customers into the company. All B2B customers in the UK require these services or services of another company, your role will be simple, sell the benefits of using the company’s products and services over their existing suppliers.
To help you close sales the company has a number of USP’s (Unique Selling Points) which are:
- They are diligent and find that most other servicing companies are not servicing to the correct standards leaving customers open to prosecution or insurance being made invalid
- They offer a one-stop shop; more services than any other local supplier
- They offer competitive pricing; customers choosing more services achieve a greater discount
- They offer a monthly-payment plan, spreading the costs for customers. This is unique in their industry
This is a very close-knit team and the ability to get on with all staff at all levels, with a ‘can do’ positive attitude to work and working as a team to deliver the highest possible standards in the industry is a must.
As a B2B Telesales Executive you will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional selling and negotiation skills
- Tenacity to keep calling customers and dealing with any objections
- Although not essential, any industry experience or knowledge in Engineering, Electrical or Fire and Security products, systems and services would be highly desirable. Full Product Training will be provided.
