We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Telesales Client Account Executive who has experience upselling to existing customers with excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
The company is a leading provider of production line printing technologies. The company was recently subject to a Management Buy-out from its American parent company. As a successful candidate you will support the Managing Director to spearhead and increase sales of its printing inks and servicing contracts to an established customer base, across the UK.
Working as the Telesales Client Account Executive you will be tasked with contacting and engaging with existing and prospective customers to discuss their current services and upsell other suitable products and services that will benefit them, which may be over the telephone or through a Microsoft Teams / Zoom presentation.
Working alongside the small but growing Customer Service Team, as the Telesales Client Account Executive your role will also encompass preparing and sending contracts for signing and processing daily orders for nominated accounts. You will also answer telephone enquiries relating to customer servicing and consumable requests.
Depending on the evolution of the company, this role could lead to a field sales role, should the candidate display an interest and display the competencies required.
As a Telesales Client Account Executive you will have the following skill and attributes:
- Experience of selling consumable or high volume products, with a technical leaning is desirable although not essential
- It is desirable that candidates will have an understanding of manufacturing environments along with purchasing processes, although this is not essential
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications and in particular, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Must have a confident and professional telephone manner with experience selling / upselling products and services
- Must have good organisational and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of ERP systems will also be desirable along with CRM (Zoho bias preferred)
