Job Description

Telesales Advisor / Business Development Account Executive who has excellent communication skills with a great telephone manner is required to develop and grow an ongoing revenue stream with Business Clients for a well-established Company based in Sale, Greater Manchester, North West England.

 

SALARY: £18,000 per annum (Basic Salary) + Commission (see OTE below) +Benefits

  • YEAR 1 OTE (on target earnings): £30,000 (uncapped commission, includes basic salary)    
  • YEAR 2 OTE (on target earnings): £50,000 (uncapped commission, includes basic salary)    

 

LOCATION: Sale, Greater Manchester, North West England  

WORKING HOURS: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday (NO Weekends)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Telesales Advisor / Business Development Account Executive who has excellent communication skills with a great telephone manner and is keen to develop their career within this exciting industry.

Working as the Telesales Advisor / Business Development Account Executive you will develop and grow your own client base, which will be achieved by responding to incoming telephone, web or email enquiries, making warm outbound B2B calls or prospecting for brand new opportunities.

Most of the time as the Telesales Advisor / Business Development Account Executive you will be able to close the deal over the phone. However, for the clients that would like to meet a representative from the Company before signing the dotted line, you will have an experienced, UK wide, field sales team to count on who will visit the client on your behalf to close the deal. But don’t worry, you’ll still receive your full commission as the Company has an excellent commission structure in place for all employees.

As a successful candidate, you will ideally have previous experience selling products or services either over the telephone or within a face-to-face environment. Any previous B2B experience would be highly desirable, although not essential However, we would also consider candidates that are looking to start a career in sales, providing you can demonstrate you have the following qualities such as a great telephone manner, being results driven / target orientated and highly motivated to succeed with a desire to learn new skills.

If you’re lucky enough to be offered this opportunity with the Company you can expect to receive a full induction training programme to help you get up and running quickly with ongoing support and development. Top earners in the team take home £70,000 per annum in addition to other financial incentives and prizes they win throughout the year.
