Job Description

Residential Support Worker / Care Assistant who is compassionate, caring with great communication skills and enjoys supporting young people and children to reach their full potential is required for a highly specialised School in Lingfield, Surrey.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and support to help you achieve your Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3.

 

SALARY: £9.56 – £10.37 per Hour + Generous Benefits (See Below)

LOCATION: Lingfield, Surrey (Accessible by bus, by train via the East Grinstead branch of the Oxted Line and by car and offer free parking on campus)

‘Here at the School being a Residential Support Worker / Care Assistant isn’t just about helping me to get dressed or to eat my food, it’s about encouraging me to learn new things and become independent. I might need you to help me with cooking and trying new foods, baking and sharing cakes with my friends. I may need you to help push me in my wheelchair when we are out and about in the local area enjoying myself. We may need to go shopping to the local shops.

I may need your help in encouraging me to reach my full potential and help me if I find things difficult, I will need you to be patient with me and believe in me and boost my confidence with every day and new tasks.’
