Retail Store Manager / Bureau Department Team Leader with excellent staff management, organisational, motivational and excellent customer service skills is required for a busy Foreign Exchange Bureau based in Liverpool, Merseyside, North West England.
SALARY: £9.23 per hour + Bonus + Benefits (up to 25 Days Holiday, Free Parking, Contributory Pension, Flexible Benefits including Childcare Vouchers, Discounts and Cash Back Offers with 1000’s of Retailers, Staff Canteen Discounts, Option to Buy and Sell Holiday Entitlement)
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week

Your duties and responsibilities as the Retail Store Manager / Bureau Department Team Leader:
- Drive performance and development along with being responsible for the day-to-day management activities, guidance, motivation and development of your team
- Drive product launches and in-store promotions/campaigns
- Deliver outstanding customer service in store
- Recruit top talent and ensure staffing levels are met
- Ensure you and your team are fully compliant with all business and legal regulatory requirements

- Strong planning, organisational and decision making skills
- Strong cash handling and problem solving skills
- The ability to manage strong relationships, developing trust and credibility with customers, partners, peers, teams, internal and external stakeholders
