SALARY: £21,042 to £22,281 per annum

We’re looking for a candidate who is ready to take the next step in their career in digital and social media marketing.
As the Social Media Community Engagement Marketing Executive (known within the organisation as a Community Manager), you will be passionate and about social media, online engagement and building digital communities to help bring our brand to life online.
Working as the Social Media Community Engagement Marketing Executive you’ll understand that brand social media marketing is more than firing off a few tweets and posts and you will be responsible for the smooth running and the success of the social accounts on our team.
As the ‘human face’ of our social and digital media presence, you’ll be joining a hardworking, passionate and fun digital marketing team - directly communicating and engaging with our audience. Key to the role is working with this team, our agency partners and the wider charity on integrated digital campaigns and as the brand ambassador for social media.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the Social Media Community Engagement Marketing Executive, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience / understanding of analytics in social media reporting
- Experience of using listening tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Social
- Understanding of objective and data driven digital marketing activity
- Comfortable and confident communicating with and across a broad range of people both internal and external, online and in person
- Passion for helping and connecting people, able to emphasise with our sight loss and Guide Dogs service users
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
