In House Senior Recruitment Consultant / Internal Talent Acquisition Recruiter who has full-lifecycle recruiting and resourcing experience which includes setting up and managing the agency PSL, creating marketing and social media campaigns based on current recruiting needs and working closely with senior stakeholders within the business is required to join our team at Guide Dogs.

 

SALARY: £28,988 - £35,199 per annum

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an In House Senior Recruitment Consultant / Internal Talent Acquisition Recruiter who has full-lifecycle recruiting and resourcing experience which includes setting up and managing the agency PSL, creating marketing and social media campaigns based on current recruiting needs and working closely with senior stakeholders within the business.

As the In House Senior Recruitment Consultant / Internal Talent Acquisition Recruiter you will display excellence in recruitment process delivery, including researching and sourcing candidates, and building relationships with hiring managers.

DUTIES

Your duties as the In House Senior Recruitment Consultant / Internal Talent Acquisition Recruiter include:

  • Work closely with the Resourcing Business Partner to develop a recruitment strategy
  • Oversee all recruitment within the organisation
  • Forge collaborative relationships with hiring managers and the recruitment team
  • Management, engagement and motivation of Recruitment Consultants. Conducting regular 1:1’s and managing all activity associated with performance, leave of absence, and turnover/recruiting/onboarding into the team
  • Lead by example with a customer and solutions-based focus using metrics to improve efficiencies
  • Stay current on market and/or functional trends and key developments
  • Ensure that the recruitment team are compliant with recruitment and safeguarding processes
  • Work with the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure that candidates have an excellent experience
  • Own the IR35 process, liaising with the Procurement team to ensure that the organisation is compliant and candidates are contracted correctly
  • Proactively manage agency Preferred Supplier Lists for recruitment into different functions and job types and direct advertising/sourcing channels to achieve the right balance of cost-/time-efficiency, time-to-fill, candidate diversity and quality-of-hire

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the In House Senior Recruitment Consultant / Internal Talent Acquisition Recruiter you will have the following skills and experience:

Essential

  • Considerable experience of working in an in-house full cycle recruitment team, within a HR function
  • Experience of working within the not for profit or third sector
  • Have planned & developed recruitment marketing campaigns, both through direct channels and the use of third-party agencies
  • Strategic resourcing experience
  • Experience of managing an in-house recruitment team with high volume recruitment
  • Detailed working knowledge of Safer Recruitment practices and related safeguarding legislation
  • Detailed working knowledge of Disclosure Checks and the Disability Confidence Scheme

 

Desirable

  • Experience of creating recruitment marketing & social media campaigns
  • Experience of using metrics to drive efficiencies
  • Experience of setting up and managing a recruitment agency PSL
  • Experience of ResourceLink and / or TalentSoft recruitment systems
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
