Administrator / Property Coordinator / Lettings Team Assistant that has excellent organisational, time management and customer service skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner that works to a high level of accuracy is required for a well-established Property Lettings Agency based in Northwood, Middlesex.
SALARY: £15,000 - £18,000 per annum + Bonus
LOCATION: Northwood, Middlesex (Candidates MUST live within a 12 mile radius of Northwood, Middlesex)

We have a fantastic new job vacancy available with an established Property Lettings Agency for an Administrator / Property Coordinator / Lettings Team Assistant that has excellent organisational, time management and customer service skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner that works to a high level of accuracy.
Working as the Administrator / Property Coordinator / Lettings Team Assistant you will provide administrative support to the Lettings Negotiator and the wider team, assisting them to complete the required paperwork and contracts, checking references on tenants, uploading properties to let online and updating the in-house database.
As the Administrator / Property Coordinator / Lettings Team Assistant you will also assist with answering the telephones and dealing with all enquiries in a professional manner. You will also be required to greet visitors to the office, taking the required details and passing it on to the appropriate Lettings Negotiator.
The Company will provide full training and support to ensure you develop into the role quickly. However, you must already possess a strong administrative background with a willingness to learn.
