This is a consultative sales role, and it doesn’t matter what you’ve been selling before as full product training provided.

The company has a great product and service offering and is looking for hungry Sales Executives / Business Development Sales Representatives who can consult with customers over the telephone, tailoring the company’s products and services to match the customer’s needs, negotiating the best price and closing deals.

However, they are looking for a commitment to succeed and for you to show up each day with a renewed hunger to beat your targets. As a Sales Executive / Business Development Sales Representative you will have the following skills and experience:
- Sales experience (doesn’t matter what you’ve been selling before as additional product training will be provided)
- Great people skills and rapport building
- Fantastic on the phone, professional, polite with the ability to listen to the customer’s needs, negotiate and close deals
- The company doesn’t do the hard sell, they’re consultative, so you’ll need to understand the company’s product (a technical mindset would be useful! – although additional training provided) because they always want to sell the right thing to the right people
As a Sales Executive/ Business Development Sales Representative you can expect to receive the following:
- Realistic £60,000 OTE per annum but it could be MUCH higher (Includes a Basic Salary plus uncapped commission structure. Please note the basic salary is non-negotiable, because the company wants winners who back themselves, but the commissions and bonusses are unlimited and uncapped, so the sky is the limit)
- They’ve got a bar IN their office for Friday beers
- Oh, one more thing – their top seller each month gets to drive the team Ferrari the following week
