Working as the Inside Sales Executive / New Business Development Telesales Consultant / B2B Inbound & Outbound Telemarketing Agent you will relish the opportunity to work in a sales-driven, customer focused environment, where results and rewards go hand in hand.
As the Inside Sales Executive / New Business Development Telesales Consultant / B2B Inbound & Outbound Telemarketing Agent you will respond to incoming calls and web queries, as well as generating your own business leads. You will quickly build a rapport with new and existing customers, questioning their requirements and suggesting the right services.
The usual sales remit still applies, such as recording all activity on to the CRM database and generating sales contracts as required.

Your duties and responsibilities as the inside Sales Executive / New Business Development Telesales Consultant / B2B Inbound & Outbound Telemarketing Agent:
- Process all inbound enquires in a timely manner, maximising all opportunities to sell
- Prospect and proactively make Outbound calls, selling the Company’s products and services
- Ensure all inbound enquiries are logged accurately within the CRM system
- Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date and used effectively to drive sales performance
- Timely and accurate completion of all documentation and information systems
- Ensure minimum sales conversion rates, SLA’s and the required ROI levels are achieved
- Work closely with the other team member to ensure daily workflow in order to meet the high level plans/expectations
- Results-driven and highly motivated with a desire to learn and explore different working practices to achieve targets
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS software applications
- Able to think ahead and ask appropriate questions to maximise sales opportunities
