Sales Executive / New Business Development Telesales Consultant / B2B Inbound & Outbound Telemarketing Agent that has an excellent telephone manner and experience upselling services, prospecting and following up on leads required for a Global Company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

 

SALARY: Up to £29,000 Basic + up to 10% Commission + Benefits

KEY REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have a professional and confident telephone manner with the ability to sell and close deals. Any previous experience selling within a Business-to-Business environment would be highly desirable.

Working as the Sales Executive / New Business Development Telesales Consultant / B2B Inbound & Outbound Telemarketing Agent you will join an established and already successful team with the aim of identifying and winning new business and building and maintaining relationships with new customers.

As the Sales Executive / New Business Development Telesales Consultant / B2B Inbound & Outbound Telemarketing Agent you will focus on maximising all opportunities to sell and promote the Company’s products and services, working alongside and supporting the field sales Business Development Managers.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Sales Executive / New Business Development Telesales Consultant / B2B Inbound & Outbound Telemarketing Agent:

  • Develop your sales pipeline
  • Prospect and proactively make Outbound calls, setting appointments for the Business Development Managers
  • Converting all inbound enquiries ensuring they are logged accurately within the CRM system
  • Research and identify relevant prospects and evaluate their need for services
  • Ensuring customers receive exceptional service from order through to fulfilment
  • Supporting the field based Business Development Manager with administration tasks
  • Building contacts and relationships with prospects/customers
  • Develop the existing customer base to generate additional revenue and identify new areas for growth
  • Keeping track of sales targets
  • Create proposal documents and quotations
  • Utilise and update the CRM system accurately and in a timely
  • Assist with competitor landscape and profiling
  • Review and challenge your own sales performance to meet or exceed targets

 

IDEAL APPLICANTS

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role / demonstrable sales experience with targets met/exceeded
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal, written and in person
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure to meet customer requirements
  • Positive attitude – can do approach
  • Ability to problem solve and overcome barriers
  • Ability to identify opportunities and take action to seize them
  • Team player with ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • NHS or similar public sector industry experience would be preferential
