B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Car Leasing Consultant who has excellent customer service, communication and listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers is required for a multi award-winning team based in Leatherhead, Surrey.
Senior and Junior Level Positions Available.
The company will provide you with comprehensive support and training. An interest in the automotive sector is an advantage, but not essential.
LEASING CONSULTANT SALARY: £18,135 - £22,152 per annum (Basic Salary) / £26,571 - £32,112 OTE (Uncapped)
SENIOR LEASING CONSULTANT SALARY: £22,152 - £26,500 per annum (Basic Salary) / £40,217 - £44,565 OTE (Uncapped)
BENEFITS: 21 Days Annual Leave (plus Public Holidays) along with a Pension and other benefits including a free Tastecard Plus
LOCATION: Leatherhead, Surrey
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Some additional time / work will be required outside of normal hours for attending events and ensuring business objectives are met.

As a B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Car Leasing Consultant you’ll be joining a small but dynamic team with progressive management in a bright, modern office in Surrey.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
As the B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Car Leasing Consultant you’ll be an excellent communicator, both in written and verbal form. You should be a strong academic, with good qualifications in both English and Maths.
You will be proficient with IT systems, including Microsoft 365, CRM, E-mail and Internet.
You’ll share the company’s values in terms of the importance of customer service and delivering the best customer outcome.
As the B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Car Leasing Consultant you will also have the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Business to Business Networking Skills (Eventually after COVID and we’re all back to some sort of normality, you’ll attend various Breakfast and Evening Events)
- Inbound Enquiry Handling / Customer Pre-Qualification, be a solution led sales professional
- Someone who can converse at all levels
As a successful candidate you’ll be ambitious and sales driven, focused on achieving KPI’s, call and revenue targets. With excellent communication and business development skills and you will be able to work on your own initiative providing excellent customer service and develop a quality pipeline of business.
