Business Development Sales Executive / Account Manager who ideally has experience selling either automotive services (such as ECU remapping, engine tuning or similar) or other technical services to car dealerships and garages or other automotive businesses is required for a well-established Company based in Burnley, Lancashire.
However, we will also consider candidates who have a real passion for selling as product training will be provided.
SALARY: £17,000 - £20,000 per annum Basic Salary / up to £28,000 OTE (uncapped commission) + Mobile Phone + Benefits

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Development Sales Executive / Account Manager who has experience selling either automotive services (such as ECU remapping, engine tuning or similar) or other technical services to garages or other automotive businesses.
Working as the Business Development Sales Executive / Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of existing B2B customers through pro-active and regular contact as well as targeting potential new car dealerships / garages with the Company’s range of automotive services.
As the Business Development Sales Executive / Account Manager, you will own the entire sales process from initial contact to sign up and on-going management of the customer.
Whilst experience in the automotive industry, selling products and services to the automotive garage sector would be beneficial, what we are really looking for is an individual with a solid sales background. Most importantly, the successful candidate will have a real passion for selling and be driven by the desire to achieve and exceed their targets – and earning the rewards this brings.
The role is based in Burnley, Lancashire, with travel to customers as necessary.

Your duties and responsibilities as the Business Development Sales Executive / Account Manager:
- Manage an existing base of customers
- Target and sell to new customers
- Be the point of contact for all customer queries
- Proactively cross-sell and up-sell to your customer base
- Achieve and exceed sales target
IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates MUST have previous sales experience to be considered for this role
- Previous experience in a mix of account management and new business sales would be ideal
- Selling either automotive or other technical products and services over the phone and in the field
- Excellent communications skills with a clear, confident and articulate manner
- Strong sales focus with a competitive desire to succeed
