Revit Technician / 3D Autodesk BIM Modeller CAD Designer who has proficiency in Revit, BIM and AutoCAD 3D modelling skills, with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for design is required for a well-established and leading design and construction company based in Enfield, North London.

SALARY: Circa £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

LOCATION: Enfield, North London (EN1)

This is a studio-based position, although all applicants should be willing to undertake occasional work-related travel to the USA and Europe and should not have any issues in their past that would prevent such travel and their ability to use the US ESTA scheme is vital.

DUTIES

Your duties as a Revit Technician / 3D Autodesk BIM Modeller CAD Designer will include:

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Revit as well as competence in BIM and AutoCAD

• Passion for design with a keen eye for detail

• Eagerness to learn about MEP systems and their integration into spa and wellness facilities

• Ability to communicate and work effectively in both metric and imperial units, with a willingness to learn US building codes a plus

• Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages a bonus

• Flexibility for occasional travel to the USA and Europe

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• A passion for creating functional and beautiful spaces
