SALARY: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) + £36 per sleep in + Generous Benefits (see below)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Child Care Worker Deputy Manager who is enthusiastic and dynamic and places the child in the centre of everything they do.
Working as the Residential Child Care Worker Deputy Manager you will support the Home Manager in developing a team of residential childcare support workers who help and support our children, who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s) and trauma, using our trauma informed practices, which are embedded within our culture.
We are opening a New home in the Salisbury, Wiltshire, this solo placement home focusses on supporting our young people in an integrated treatment plan, This home is for children aged between 7-12 years upon admission, you will be working closely with our Assessment and Therapy and Education services ensuring that our young people are fully supported.
As the Residential Child Care Worker Deputy Manager, you will have the following:
- QCF Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent)
- GCSE Maths and English grade C and above (or equivalent)
- Full Driving Licence with access to a Vehicle is essential
- Previous experience work as a Deputy Manger
- Be committed to work toward your QCF Level 5
- Experience in leading and managing a team of Child Care Support Workers
- Robust Knowledge of Regulatory and legislative framework
- Good knowledge Ofsted benchmarking and SCCIF
