Registered Manager who has excellent management and organisational skills with experience within the home care / domiciliary sector is required for a well-established organisation based in Banbury, Oxfordshire.


SALARY: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Registered Manager who has excellent management and organisational skills with experience within the home care / domiciliary sector.

Working as a Registered Manager you will join a successful Leadership Team in a role that is responsible for specialist individual care for clientele in need of supported / assisted living, offering a safe, environment for all.

The Registered Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the operations, ensuring that relevant legislation, regulations and inspection framework are adhered to.  The successful candidate will be registered with CQC.

As a successful candidate. you will have the passion and drive to build upon the high-quality care needs for vulnerable service users and manage all designated staff.

This highly influential role would be ideal for a candidate who shares the companies' values and is passionate about providing care to vulnerable groups.



  • You will have excellent managerial skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and handle a high demanding workload.
  • The successful candidate will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and have previous experience within the domiciliary care sector.
