JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Manager who has excellent project / campaign management skills with experience developing, delivering and monitoring local and national candidate attraction and recruitment campaigns focussing on volunteer acquisition

At Guide Dogs we could not provide the life changing services we do without the remarkable dedication of our volunteers. From raising our puppies to being a sighted guide, and from generating funds to supporting and directly delivering our services, every volunteer is fundamental to the work we do. Working as the Internal Recruitment Manager for Volunteers you will play a critical role in ensuring that we can attract new volunteers to the organisation. You will develop and deliver innovative, inclusive, high quality national plans for the recruitment and attraction of volunteers, and work with colleagues to ensure effective local recruitment across our nationwide network.
