Recruitment Administrator / HR Admin Assistant with previous experience of working as an in-house Resourcer / Recruitment Administration role, ideally in the healthcare sector is required for a well-established eye care company based in Colindale, Barnet, North London.

 

SALARY: up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits    

LOCATION: 40% Remote / Home Based and two days a week minimum from the office in Colindale, Barnet, North London

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator / HR Admin Assistant with previous experience of working as an in-house Resourcer / Recruitment Administration role, ideally in the healthcare sector.

Working as a Recruitment Administrator / HR Admin Assistant you will be efficient, highly organised with strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities to effectively support the Talent Business Partner to attract and recruit new talent across the business. 

As a Recruitment Administrator / HR Admin Assistant you will be required to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment administration, including advertising roles, arranging the selection process, making offers of employment and background vetting completion.

DUTIES

Your duties as Recruitment Administrator / HR Admin Assistant will include:

  • Create and upload advertisements for various roles, to be posted on pre-determined job boards and social media platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised at working on multiple projects
  • Understanding and previous experience of working in a recruitment or HR admin position
  • Carry out initial sifts of applications
  • Liaise with candidates to booking interviews at each stage of the selection process
  • Keep the recruitment and onboarding tracker accurate and up to date
  • Confirm offers of employment and carry out all background vetting checks
  • Support the Talent Business Partner to carry out CV searches, actively sourcing talent using LinkedIn and CV job boards
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with hiring managers across the business

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience of working as an in-house Resourcer / Recruitment Administration role, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Experience of direct talent searching using social media platforms and CV job boards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficient, highly organised and strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Highly motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Strong IT skills, able to use all Microsoft Office applications and other systems/databases
  • Able to build and maintain exceptional relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Able to work well in a fast paced, ever changing, and demanding environment and demonstrate your drive for success
  • Consistent professional attitude demonstrated to all colleagues, candidates and customers; personable, confident and articulate at all times
