SALARY: £24,000 - £26,500 per annum + Generous Benefits

As Personal Assistant / PA to the EA and Executive Group, your commitment to a high and consistent standard of support is always required. The work is interesting and varied with certain periods in the calendar being very busy and with multi-deadlines.
Being able to work well with colleagues under pressure (at times) is vital. The knowledge, experience and skills of the Personal Assistant / PA to the EA and Executive Group will be essential components in ensuring that senior decision makers are supported to run their parts of the organisation, future proofing Five Rivers Child Care UK Ltd, in a timely and smooth manner.
As the Personal Assistant / PA you will be a role model within the office and a champion of our social enterprise and environmental ethos, creating appropriate and effective relationships with those that you support. The Personal Assistant / PA to the EA and Executive Group will also be a good team player and valued member of the PA and Admin team, based in the Salisbury Head Office and will be pro-actively supported to contribute to the continued improvement of the business whilst working within quality-managed guidelines to achieve both team and business objectives.
As a successful candidate you must be able to demonstrate absolute confidentiality and show the necessary understanding when dealing with sensitive information.
- This position requires the ability to be highly organised, efficient, calm and resilient in your approach
- Your experience will be called on when dealing with all parties and where appropriate you may be required to challenge and provide insight and guidance
- Your communication skills should be second to none
- Experience of Microsoft Office (essential) and ideally SharePoint (desirable)
