Job Description

Payroll Administrator / Administration Assistant with high numeracy, analytical, organisational and time-management skills is required by a leading Charity based in Reading, Berkshire.


SALARY: £21,000 to £22,200 pro rata

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Payroll Administrator / Administration Assistant that has a high numeracy, analytical, organisational and time-management skills.

Working as the Payroll Administrator / Administration Assistant you will process the monthly payroll for the charity’s employees and run reports, ensuring that the employees are paid correctly.

As the Payroll Administrator / Administration Assistant you will also answer all employee queries relation to pay and national insurance.

Your duties and responsibilities as the Payroll Administrator / Administration Assistant:

  • Processing monthly payroll for circa 1500 employees
  • Running post payroll reports for distribution
  • Assisting with conciliating all third party payments
  • Answering all employee queries relating to pay and national insurance
