We are looking for a Pastoral Support Lead to join our fantastic team at our small independent school in Salisbury, registered for up to 30 pupils.
As the Pastoral Support Lead you will be an active member of the leadership team and will be a responsible DSO in the absence of the Head Teacher. You will provide support and nurture to our young people when they go in to crisis, supporting them to get back in to the classroom after the incident occurs.
The Pastoral Support Lead will be participating with referrals to our school and advising on the emotional support providing solution focussed recommendations.
Experience working as a Senior TA or Senior HLTA as a minimum is essential and experience of working with SEMH children / Young People would be an advantage.
