Paralegal / Law Graduate / Legal Administrator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to provide accurate research results, reports and administrative support is required for a leading, well-established Company based in Chorley, Lancashire, North West England.
SALARY: Circa £20,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Paralegal / Law Graduate / Legal Administrator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to provide accurate research results, reports and administrative support.
Working as the Paralegal / Law Graduate / Legal Administrator you will provide administrative and legal support to the team and the wider business.
As the Paralegal / Law Graduate / Legal Administrator your day to day workload will mainly consist of providing administrative support and drafting and reviewing commercial contracts. You will also be providing legal support on a range of matters including:
- Employment Law issues
- Compliance and regulatory issues, including GDPR
- Corporate governance
Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and Civil Litigation would be an advantage as would litigation experience as the role will also involve you assisting with debt recovery and contractual dispute matters as well as assisting on corporate acquisitions.
