Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales Advisor who has excellent telephone, communication and customer service skills with the ability to manger your own time and engage professionally with Business Customers is required for a well-established international contact centre and digital marketing solutions company.

 

FULL PRODUCT TRAINING PROVIDED

Previous experience in the drinks trade, on-trade or hospitality sales would be highly desirable. Although not essential as full product training will be provided.

 

SALARY: £21,000 pro rata plus £750 End of Contract Bonus (performance based)     

LOCATION: Remote Working / Work from Home. However, you must be residing in the UK and will be required to travel to the office in Warrington for 2 days to complete your training – Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

The company offer flexible working opportunities, either 100% in the office in Warrington, 100% working from home, or a hybrid solution.

JOB TYPE: 3 Month Temporary Contract

WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday, Working 1 Week 09:00 - 17:30 and 1 Week 10:30 - 19:00

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales Advisor who has excellent telephone, communication and customer service skills with the ability to manger your own time and engage professionally with Business Customers.

Working as the Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales Advisor you will successfully connect with a portfolio of On-trade and Off-trade customer and prospect accounts working in a B2B telephone sales environment on behalf of your client.

You will be responsible for driving new distribution points, maximising new revenue opportunities by gaining customer commitment, retain and grow the client’s ‘share of bar’ and promote the company’s overall drinks portfolio and services.

As the Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales Advisor you will be required to achieve new distribution sales targets by gathering relevant information on call and expertly selling, promoting, and transferring orders to products. You will ensure you develop a deep understanding of the brand and products, building high levels of knowledge and credibility to support the sales activity. Using all tools available including sales campaigns, promo packs, glassware, POS, and menus to influence the customer to choose the products in their outlet.

As a successful candidate you will ensure that a target number of calls are achieved each day to meet the overall campaign coverage objectives.

The company offer a flexible working arrangement working from home, the office, or a combination of both. Some travel to the office may be required for client meetings (Travel expenses will be covered).

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:

  • A fluent level of English C1 – C2 or equivalent with strong grammar and spelling skills
  • Engaging and confident with a track record of delivering exceptional sales and service, ideally in a B2B telesales environment​
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering against targets
  • Successfully manage your own time to maximise output from your call file, never missing an opportunity
  • Proven ability to confidently hold credible conversations through a consultative approach, building rapport over the phone with both existing and prospective customers​
  • Excellent communication skills with strong experience in questioning, active listening, and objection handling. Possesses the ability to quickly identify and grow opportunities​
  • Consistently looking for ways to improve own and team processes to enhance customer interactions and drive sales
  • ​Passionate Brand Advocate – Proud to work for the company
  • Good administration, planning, and organisation skills, good attention to detail, and accuracy of data captured
  • Comfortable using CRM’s and online portals
  • Experience in the drinks trade or On-Trade would be an advantage but not essential
