Marketing Administration Coordinator / Campaign Assistant with excellent administrative, organisational, time-management, communication and Microsoft Office skills is required by a leading Charity based in Reading, Berkshire.
SALARY: £20,800 - £22,000 per annum

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Marketing Administration Coordinator / Campaign Assistant with excellent administrative, organisational, time-management, communication and Microsoft Office skills
Working as the Marketing Administration Coordinator / Campaign Assistant you will assist in the delivery of campaigns, loyalty activity, circulating artwork and content for approval and put together feedback. You will manage the loyalty communications making and implementing recommendations for improving the scheme and processes.
As the Marketing Administration Coordinator / Campaign Assistant you will also be responsible for coordinating and assisting with direct marketing campaigns. This will involve liaising with internal departments and third party suppliers, keeping accurate records of the campaigns and results obtained.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the Marketing Administration Coordinator / Campaign Assistant you will have the following skills and experience:
- Good administrative skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good people skills with an inquisitive, methodical approach to your work and the ability to use your initiative when making decisions
- High attention to detail, be highly literate and numerate
- Experience of working in a busy environment with a variety of tasks to deliver along with administrative experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK
