Roll Forming Steel Manufacturing Machine Operator who is resourceful, confident and highly motivated with a strong mechanical background is required for a well-established manufacturer based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.

SALARY: £13.00 per hour

LOCATION: Wolverhampton, West Midlands

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Roll Forming Steel Manufacturing Machine Operator who is resourceful, confident and highly motivated with a strong mechanical background.

As the Roll Forming Steel Manufacturing Machine Operator you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Roll Forming Cell, including machine maintenance.

The Roll Forming Steel Manufacturing Machine Operator will have the necessary drive and commitment to succeed in a demanding role.  Thriving under pressure and adapting to any given situation, you will be quick to learn and gain knowledge.

The Roll Forming Steel Manufacturing Machine Operator will be a successful motivator who can communicate at all levels and who has the skills to empower teams in the achievements of operational targets.

DUTIES

Your daily tasks as the Roll Forming Steel Manufacturing Machine Operator will include:

• Responsible for the day to day of operations of Roll forming cell

• TPM Maintenance checks

• Daily KPI / OTIF

• Optimize production flow

• First offs

• Continuous improvement

• Programme settings

• Minimize waste

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Press / bending / injection moulding

• Tool setting

• Strong mechanical background

• Overhead crane

• Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations

• Target driven
