Service Desk IT Support Technician / First & Second Line Desktop Engineer with help desk support, networking / infrastructure and AV / Audio Visual equipment set-up experience is required for a well-established Company in London (Nearest Station - Hyde Park Corner Underground Station on the Piccadilly Line)
This role will comprise of 80% support and 20% project work.
SALARY: up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Service Desk IT Support Technician / First & Second Line Desktop Engineer with help desk support, networking / infrastructure and AV / Audio Visual equipment set-up experience.
Working as the Service Desk IT Support Technician / First & Second Line Desktop Engineer you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal staff supporting PCs, Laptop Computers, Smart Phones, Telephony and AV / audio visual equipment.
As the Service Desk IT Support Technician / First & Second Line Desktop Engineer you will also be expected to carry out project and infrastructure work, as well as basic training / inductions of new users.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Service Desk IT Support Technician / First & Second Line Desktop Engineer will include:
- Provide 1st / 2nd line IT support to internal staff
- Proactively support delegates and presenters during Company external events (AV / Audio Visual)
- Identify IT training requirements
- Create / maintain documentation
- Create knowledge base articles
- Carry out project / infrastructure work as requested by the Head of IT
- Contribute to IT discussions around projects and research business solutions
